Comedy Central’s Drunk History
Originally aired on Comedy Central in America, Drunk History show comedians and other guests getting drunk and then attempted to recount historical events, while actors perform dramatizations of their drunken retellings.
Each episode featured different stories and themes, ranging from famous battles and political events to lesser-known stories and figures from history. Some of the notable guests who have appeared on the show include Will Ferrell, Jack Black, Kristen Wiig, Winona Ryder, Michael Cera, Alexander Armstrong, Stephen Merchant and many others.
The series has been successful since its debut in 2013, and has received critical acclaim for its innovative format and irreverent humour. It has also been nominated for and won several awards, including a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Costumes for a Variety Program or Special in 2015. Blah Blah Blah… It is really good at the mouth sync’ing of the narrator with the actors… AND NOW I have found it on YouTube in my region… fabulous!!
