Harry Metcalfe is, in the automotive world, a well-known journalist and classic car enthusiast. He founded the EVO Magazine back in the late 90’s but after 20 years he sold his interest to focus on his west Oxfordshire farm; but he didn’t quite leave his motoring passion behind, keeping a small collection of cars and bikes. His collection varies from year to year with approximately 20 cars at any one time, but the staples of his collection are; the Testarossa, the Countach, a (Concours winning) Lamborghini Espada, a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 1 (bought on ebay), the Lancia Fulvia Zagato, a Jaguar XJC V12, a Fiat 500, a Lotus Elan, a Porsche 930S (he did have to sell off the Lotus Esprit (S3) Turbo for this purchase). He also has some more modern cars; a Jaguar Project 8 and Jaguar Project 7, a Toyota GR Yaris, and most recently, a Lotus Emira.

He also has a large collection of dirt/trials bikes that he uses on the farm and also on various rally competition and road trips.

Metcalfe is known for his in-depth knowledge of classic cars and his passion for driving and exploring new vehicles. He often shares his experiences and insights with his followers through his online content, including high quality production value YouTube videos and social media posts.

He is also a go to journalist for various premium modern cars such as electric Porsche’s and VW’s, and [mainly] petrol’s Ferrari’s, Porsches, BMW’s, Bentley’s, Range Rovers, Rolls Royce’s, Audi’s, Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo, etc etc.
